500 kg milk consumption
Akash says that every day 500 kg of milk is consumed in making sweets here. The interesting thing is that this milk is sourced from Dhoni’s farmhouse. There is no adulteration of any kind and complete care is taken for purity. Every sweet is made in pure desi ghee. We also prepare this ghee ourselves. If we talk about some special sweets here, the demand for khoya gujiya, paneer khaja and chandrakala is high.
Sweets go to Dhoni’s house
Akash says that Dhoni likes some of the sweets here. Amrit bhog sweets made of paneer and rabdi, Madhuri Ras sweets made of paneer and jaggery, sugar free kalakand, rasmalai, jaggery rasgulla are very much liked by them. Often these sweets are sent to their homes from our shop. Dhoni has also given autographs in our Gokul’s T-shirts and mugs. Apart from this, many politicians of Ranchi like Sudesh Mahto and Babulal Marandi get sweets from here in their homes.
